Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Ittare website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.
1. Our Products
- All itras are natural, hand-distilled products. Colour and intensity may vary slightly between batches — this is a characteristic of natural distillation, not a defect.
- Product photography is representative. Packaging may be updated from time to time.
- Our itras are alcohol-free and intended for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a listing contains a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full.
- An order is confirmed once the order confirmation page shows your order number. Keep that number — you will need it to track the order.
3. Promotional Codes
- Promotional codes are valid for a limited period, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
- We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time before an order is placed.
4. Shipping & Returns
Delivery timelines, cancellation and return conditions are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Ittare name, logo, product photography, and all site content are our property and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
